The Pebble & Loop gift edit: 12 gifts from British brands we're coveting this Christmas

Christmas is almost upon us and one of my most favourite things to do during the season is to sit down (perhaps with a warming glass of mulled wine) and think about the gifts that my loved ones will most love to open when the big day arrives...and ones I'd love to receive too!

With this in mind, I've curated a selection of my absolute favourite creative and female owned independent brands, whose products are all designed and handmade in the UK.

From homewares, accessories and the cutest kids outfits, you will not be able to resist getting one (or many) of these brands under your Christmas tree this year!

  1. Hermit London made in the UK from repurposed luxury hotel bed linen. So cute, and such a wonderful way to use this waste material.

  2. KISO made with organic cotton, using eco-friendly dyes - and now matching adult and kids outfits!

  3. Leo Flowers flowers that bloom forever! Beautifully delicate handmade paper flowers, buy a single stem or a statement bunch.

  4. Candlols vegan and UK made, with the intention to make you chuckle, I struggle to find my favourite, but burning inheritance is high up there!

  5. Wordplay Clay celebrating British idioms, phrases and puns, simple and stylish I just love these as a stocking filler.

  6. Loving STRING add some cosy, colourful string lampshades to you home this winter. I love the teeny ones, in mustards and pastel pink hues.

  7. Grandpa’s Shirts pre loved shirts transformed – I love the beautiful little unique details added to these – such as heart patches and velvet bows.

  8. Ease London my top pick for Christmas is Alice’s ‘We Three Kings’ candle using a coconut and rapeseed blend which is much better for the environment

  9. Rosa Harradine the most stylish you will feel while sweeping! Only joking, these are obviously far too beautiful to use, purchase and admire!

  10. Oir I love this plastic free alternative to shower gel (on average households use 26 bottles every year!) Help someone else make the switch.

  11. Happy Crackers I cannot get enough of these fabric crackers for every occasion, beautiful fabrics, reuse, re fill and recreate the experience every year! (“On average, 40 million Christmas crackers are thrown away globally each year”)

  12. The Fabled Thread Eppie aims to bring the joy of sewing to anyone and everyone - cute kits than any creative would love to curl up by the fire with.
